The Wellbeing Circle is a professional programme, carefully created for Early Years Managers & Leaders who are seeking to improve health, happiness and harmony in their Early Years workplace.

Research has shown us that line managers play a crucial role in how positive employees feel about their workplace. These carefully created sessions will help to shape areas for development that will significantly impact on staff wellbeing and performance, whilst also supporting line manager’s to reduce their own work load and make a difference to their own wellbeing.
This session will leave you feeling empowered and provide you with tools, tips, knowledge and the confidence to begin to improve the challenges and conflict that impact on your own wellbeing, staff wellbeing issues, performance and the overall quality of your provision.
This session has been carefully developed for Early Years Leaders & Managers and it will focus on some of the challenges we face both as a sector and in leading and managing an Early Years Setting. The session will raise awareness and understanding of mental health and wellbeing and will be delivered through a mix of presentation, group and personal activities and reflections.
