I have worked within the Early Years sector for over two decades and combined with a BA (HONS) in Early Childhood Studies, I have real life hands on experience of working in educational and PVI settings, leading and managing large staff teams.
I am an accredited Mental Health First Aid Instructor and specialise in emotional well being and mental health – working with staff teams to create mentally healthy workplace environments. I have always been proactive in collaborating and supporting others, as a peer mentor and an advocate for sharing quality practice through local and national partnership working.
I launched my own consultancy in May 2017 with a simple aim – to share my passion and work alongside others to motivate, inspire and educate. I have recently become an MHFA Instructor which will enable me to offer accredited training alongside the other extensive services I offer.
I am a member of NEyTCO a national organisation for Early Years Trainers and Consultants, view my profile here.
